SALES REPRESENTATIVE

Industry: Employment & Staffing Agency (Manufacturing-focused, serving all sectors)

Position Overview We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Sales Representative to help expand our client base across multiple industries. As a staffing agency specializing in manufacturing but serving employers in all sectors, we need a motivated professional who can build strong business relationships, understand client workforce needs, and promote our staffing solutions with confidence and clarity. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on autonomy, enjoys connecting with decision-makers, and is energized by bringing new partnerships into the agency.

Key Responsibilities Identify, prospect, and secure new clients across all sectors (manufacturing, logistics, hospitality, retail, construction, administration, and more). Promote the agency’s staffing solutions, emphasizing reliability, efficiency, and workforce expertise. Conduct outreach via cold/warm calls, emails, visits, networking events, and industry and professional associations. Lead the full sales cycle from first contact to signed service agreement. Fully understand client needs to recommend the right staffing services (temporary, full-time, contract, or skilled trades). Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business. Collaborate with internal teams (recruitment, operations, account management) to ensure seamless service delivery. Track leads, sales activity, and opportunities. Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.

Qualifications Previous experience in professional B2B sales, business development, and client relations (staffing, manufacturing). Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to build trust and long-term relationships with business clients across any industry. Entrepreneurial mindset, self-motivated, and excellent organizational skills. Comfortable managing prospect pipelines, following up consistently, and working toward targets. Tech-savvy, with proficiency in multiple digital tools with a can-do attitude.
