e Role We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist with 10+ years of headhunting expertise. This role is critical in identifying top-tier candidates and ensuring we meet our aggressive hiring targets. This is a full-time, onsite position that requires exceptional networking skills, good understanding of the Job descriptions of the open roles and have a results-driven m
indset. Responsi
bilities Proactively source, attract, and recruit top talent through headhunting, networking, and direct outreach.Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial outreach to offer negotiation and on boarding.Develop and maintain a strong network of industry professionals to support ongoing hiri ng needs.Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and tailor recruitment strategies acc ordingly.Meet and exceed hiring targets by successfully filling 10+ roles per month to qualify for the month ly bonus.Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and recruitment metrics.Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acq
uisition. Qual
ifications 10+ years of experience in executive recruiting, headhunting, or talent a cquisition.Demonstrated ability to source and close top-tier candidates.Extensive professional network within relevant industries.Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-build ing skills.Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruit ment tools.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance e nvironment.Ability to hunt in quality candidates as per matching
open roles. Location: Onsite – 5 days per week (
Mississauga) Compensation (Base Salary): $60,0 00 - $70,000 OTE: $500 for every role filled Commission: $1000 for closing 10 roles in every month Eligible to participate in BoomerangFX Stock Option Plan af
