Reporting to the Senior Manager, HR Business Partnering, this role is accountable for enabling people practices that align with business priorities, performance goals, and long‑term growth.As a Senior HRBP, you will act as a trusted advisor to leaders, applying data and insight to decision‑making, and navigating complexity in a fast‑moving environment. You will proactively identify risks and opportunities, support leaders through critical decisions, and contribute to the ongoing success of the organization.In this role, you’ll provide full‑spectrum HR support to your districts — including employee relations, workforce planning, recruitment, leader coaching, and organizational change. You will draw on deep HR experience to effectively navigate high‑impact or sensitive situations.You’ll partner with our Strategic Recruitment team to ensure your hiring activities align with established best practices and recruitment standards, and you’ll collaborate with HR Program and Policy teams to support broader initiatives across talent, total rewards, employee relations, and HR technology.This role includes travel to district locations to build strong, in‑person relationships and provide hands‑on support.What You’ll DoProvide proactive HR support across the full employee lifecycle, using a consultative approach to ensure HR activities align with leadership priorities and workforce needsServe as a trusted thought partner to leaders, supporting effective decision‑making and strong team performanceOwn and lead employee relations matters, providing balanced, risk‑aware guidance in high‑impact and sensitive situationsLeverage data, insights, and workforce trends to proactively identify risks and opportunities and inform business decisionsWork in partnership with leaders to align people priorities in support of business performance and growthSupport and drive workforce planning and organizational design activities, ensuring structure, capabilities, and talent align with current and future needsDrive end‑to‑end recruitment for salaried roles, partnering with leaders to support informed hiring decisions aligned with workforce and organizational prioritiesCollaborate with HR program and policy teams on broader initiativesChampion a positive, inclusive, and values‑driven cultureQualifications6–10 years of progressive HR experience, including HR Business Partnering in complex, multi-site or operational environmentsStrong experience with HRIS/HRMS platforms and applicant tracking systems (ATS)Proven ability to advise and influence senior leaders, bringing credibility, confidence, and sound judgment.Strong experience in organizational design, workforce planning, and change leadershipDemonstrated success navigating complex employee relations mattersHigh level of business acumen and the ability to connect people strategy to business outcomesExperience using data and insights to inform decisions and tell a compelling storyAbility to operate independently, manage competing priorities, and navigate ambiguityStrong communication and relationship-building skills across all levels of the organizationCommitment to building inclusive, high-performing, values-driven teamsWillingness to travel regularly to support district teams (approximately 20%)CPHR designationAdditional InformationChandos is an equal opportunity employer and we are committed to a diverse, equitable, and inclusive culture and this includes our recruitment and hiring process. We recognize that our differences are our greatest strengths.
