The HR Shared Services team is looking to hire an Administrator, offering a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience with PeopleSoft HCM, the system used at FNHA to support workforce administration, benefits, and position management. This role will help build a strong understanding of HR processes to ensure policies, collective agreements, and legislation are consistently applied, while also demonstrating how accurate data entry influences decision-making, reporting, analytics, and payroll accuracy. You will develop practical knowledge in position management and HR operations and collaborate closely with Total Compensation, AskHR, Recruitment, Payroll, and HRIS teams to ensure data accuracy, support service excellence, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Title: Administrator, HR Shared Services

Salary: $60,820 - $76,024 - $83,627 per year (pay range explained below)

Contract: Permanent

Hours: 37.5 hours, Monday- Friday (core hours- 9:00 am- 3:00 pm)

Location: Coast Salish Territories of Musqueam Nations: Metro Vancouver: Park Royal office – Hybrid – minimum 50% in the offices (Hybrid working is an option in line with FNHA’s flex work policy).

Please note, this role will be relocating to our new office building in North Vancouver on Tsleil-Waututh Nation (TWN) land, south of Mount Seymour Parkway in Spring 2027.

About The Role

As Administrator, HR Shared Services, you will ensure employee and benefits records are reviewed, validated and accurately inputted, in the HR systems. Additionally, you will participate in information sharing and problem solving related to administration of employee data, Compensation, and Benefits matters.

About You

To be successful in this role you will have–

Education And Experience

Bachelor’s Degree, plus 2 to 3 years of progressively responsible experience in Administration, Human Resources, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Relevant experience working in Human Resources Working towards CPHR is an asset

Knowledge

Strong attention to details, the ability to produce high quality work under time pressure and to work as part of a team Knowledge and experience with PeopleSoft Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications – Word, Excel, Outlook Excellent written and verbal communication skills

The Pay Range is the minimum and maximum annual salary based on full time equivalent hours.

Incumbents are typically hired, transferred or promoted between the minimum and midpoint of the range based on their knowledge, skills, abilities and experience in relation to the role requirements.

The top 10% of the pay range is for the incumbents who are industry experts in the job with the combination of exceptional experience and competencies needed to perform all duties and responsibilities at a superior capability level. Internal employee compensation will be determined as per the FNHA Employee Total Compensation Policy.
