As Talent Acquisition Lead, you will: Lead full-cycle recruitment across multiple business units, partnering closely with hiring leaders to understand workforce needs and deliver exceptional hiring outcomes. Act as a trusted advisor to leaders on talent market trends, hiring strategies, workforce planning, and recruitment best practices. Lead and facilitate weekly recruitment strategy meetings, providing hiring insights, identifying risks, and driving accountability across active searches. Develop and execute proactive sourcing and talent pipelining strategies for critical and hard-to-fill positions across Engineering, Estimating, Operations, and other key business functions. Mentor and support members of the Talent Acquisition team by sharing best practices, coaching on recruitment strategies, and fostering continuous improvement. Champion Plan Group's employer brand and employee value proposition, ensuring alignment across recruitment marketing, social media initiatives, campus engagement, and community outreach activities. Drive innovative talent attraction initiatives, including targeted campaigns, referral programs, strategic partnerships, talent mapping, and internal mobility programs. Collaborate with HR and business leaders to support workforce planning, succession planning, career path discussions, and internal movement opportunities. Oversee internal mobility, relocation, and immigration processes for international candidates, including LMIA and LMIA-exempt applications. Leverage data and analytics to evaluate recruitment effectiveness, monitor key talent acquisition metrics, identify trends, and recommend improvements to hiring processes. Manage and optimize the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), recruitment technologies, and job posting platforms to enhance operational efficiency and candidate experience. Continuously identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes, candidate engagement, and overall talent acquisition performance.

Qualifications Post-secondary education in Human Resources, Business, or a related field; CHRP designation considered an asset. Minimum 5-7 years of progressive talent acquisition experience, including experience leading recruitment initiatives and influencing stakeholders. Proven ability to develop and execute strategic sourcing and workforce planning initiatives. Experience partnering with senior leaders and hiring managers in a consultative capacity. Strong knowledge of employer branding, recruitment marketing, talent pipelining, and candidate engagement strategies. Experience within the construction, engineering, infrastructure, or related industries is considered a strong asset. Excellent communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills. Demonstrated ability to analyze recruitment metrics and translate data into actionable insights. Experience supporting immigration and relocation programs is considered an asset.
