About the role
Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year. Tasks: Arrange and co-ordinate seminars, conferences, etc.. Assist with staff consultation and grievance procedures. Coordinate the activities of the HR department in order to ensure they meet the organization's goals . Direct and control daily operations . Open and distribute mail and other materials. Supervise other workers. Train staff. Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars and conferences. Plan, develop and implement recruitment strategies. Schedule and confirm appointments. Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages. Oversee the analysis of employee data and information. Answer electronic enquiries. Organize staff consultation and grievance procedures. Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems. Type and proofread correspondence, forms and other documents. Work with the marketing department to understand and communicate marketing messages to the field. Recruit and hire workers and carry out related staffing actions. Maintain and manage digital database. Evaluate work environments, programs and procedures to control, eliminate, and prevent disease or injury. Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year. Employment terms options: Morning. Day.
