Job Description What is the opportunity? As an LLQP licensed Senior Facilitator Onboarding, Advisor and Leader Enablement , you will be responsible for the effective transfer of knowledge to new and existing Insurance Advisors through onboarding. You will lead with a Client First mindset, are committed to creating a positive client experience and are comfortable with the principles of adult learning. What will you do? Ensure graduated Learners have a Client First mindset, behavioral and technical skills and confidence to be successful in their role. Coordinate, enhance and facilitate learning plans utilizing a variety of mediums to ensure successful transfer of knowledge. Maintain open communication and partnership with leaders to identify successes and gaps regarding hiring practices. Follow up on the Learners’ performance/ evaluation process to escalate and make the proper recommendations. Implement new ideas, best practices, lessons-learned, routines and standards to improve efficiency and effectiveness of operations. Be an active ambassador for an Always Learning Mindset for the Learners, colleagues and Center. What will you need to succeed? Must have 5yrs experience in Licensed Insurance Advisor role with Active LLQP Previous experience in client facing role providing recommendations related Life, Living Benefits and Wealth solutions. Solid Facilitation and Presentation skills Excellent organizational and time management capabilities Knowledge of RBC capabilities/services/products/solutions, partners & delivery channels Fluency in English Oral & Written Superior written and verbal Communication skills Nice to have Fluency in French Oral and Written Application of Adult Learning principles Demonstrated People leadership capabilities.
