We're looking for a Payroll Administrator who thrives on accuracy, enjoys solving problems, and takes pride in making sure employees are paid correctly and on time. You'll work closely with HR, Finance, and Benefits while supporting payroll across multiple companies within the Hazelwood Group. What You'll Do Process accurate bi-weekly payrolls across multiple companies Administer benefits, RRSPs, commissions, remittances, and reimbursements Maintain payroll records and ensure data accuracy Prepare payroll reports and reconciliations Resolve payroll inquiries and discrepancies Support year-end payroll activities and reporting Collaborate with HR and Finance teams Coach and support Payroll Assistants Identify opportunities to improve payroll processes and efficiencies What You'll Bring Payroll Compliance Practitioner (PCP) designation, completed or in progress, preferred 3–5 years of payroll experience Experience with ADP, Eclipse, Payworks, or similar payroll systems Strong knowledge of Canadian payroll legislation and tax regulations Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time-management skills Excellent communication and customer service skills Collaborative, team-oriented approach Ready to Apply?
