  • Oversee People & Culture systems and processes, providing training, troubleshooting, reporting, and support to People & Culture and operational leaders.
  • Review and follow up on employee discussion forms, colleague performance reviews, exit interviews, engagement survey feedback, and other colleague feedback channels to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Coordinate the twice-annual Employee Engagement Survey and partner with department leaders throughout the year to develop meaningful action plans that drive engagement.
  • Leverage People & Culture metrics, reporting, and colleague feedback to identify trends, provide insights, and support data-informed decision-making.
  • Support volunteer committees and colleague programs, including Employee Recognition and Health & Safety initiatives.
