HOURLY WAGE - $23.27 ON-SITE – REMOTE WORK NOT AVAILABLE FULL/PART-TIME HOURS Monday to Friday Start August 24, 2026 until November 27, 2026 (Full-Time position) Start September 14, 2026 to November 27, 2026 (Part-Time position) WHAT WILL I BE DOING? Put your people skills to the test as a Recruiter, sourcing, researching, screening and interviewing candidates for high volume seasonal job openings in a Resort setting. You will make job offers and coordinate the on-boarding of successful candidates. You will act as a liaison between Business Units and Community/International partners to source and select the best candidates. Collaborate with business unit leaders to understand their unique needs and find the perfect candidates. You will be the bridge between hiring managers and incredible talent. Using Social Media savvy and skills to promote employment at Blue Mountain. Using your interview and people skills to screen, assess and shortlist top-notch candidates. Partnering with Hiring Manager to interview candidates and make final hire decisions. Inputting resumes and candidate profiles, creating employment contracts and making job offers. Enthusiastically attending job fairs and recruiting events in the community WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU? We are looking for an innovative people-person with a passion for collaboration and fun. Blue Mountain experience - bonus points if you are already connected with the hospitality or recreation world! A sales mentality - you are driven, enthusiastic, enjoy speaking to groups and ready to share our resort experience with potential candidates. Discretion, professionalism, and the ability to handle sensitive situations. Flexibility to work in Collingwood (both onsite at resort and the satellite office) and hit the road for recruitment events.
