About The Role
The Bilingual Talent Acquisition Specialist at FGF Brands plays a pivotal role in attracting and hiring top talent to support the company’s growth and operational needs. Reporting directly to the Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition, this role is part of the Talent & Development team and is responsible for managing the full lifecycle recruitment process. The ideal candidate will utilize creative sourcing strategies to identify, engage, and secure qualified candidates for both corporate and manufacturing roles. This position requires fluency in both French and English, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to talent sourcing. The specialist will work closely with hiring managers and business partners to understand staffing needs, develop effective sourcing plans, and ensure a positive candidate experience that aligns with FGF Brands’ employer brand.
Qualifications
Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in talent sourcing, recruitment, or talent management within corporate and manufacturing environments. Fully bilingual in French and English, both written and spoken. Proven ability to source talent using various tools and techniques, including Boolean search, social media platforms, and market research. Experience with talent mapping and building talent pipelines. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously. Excellent communication and relationship management skills. Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), preferably ICIMS. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including MS Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Ability to work independently and collaboratively to achieve recruitment goals.
Responsibilities
Partner closely with Talent & Development Business Partners and hiring leaders to implement best practices in talent acquisition and recruitment processes. Develop and execute sourcing strategies based on current market intelligence and recruitment trends. Identify and attract high-quality candidates through various channels including LinkedIn, Boolean searches, resume boards, job fairs, social media, and referral programs. Proactively build and maintain relationships with potential candidates, ensuring a positive experience throughout the recruitment journey. Promote FGF Brands’ employer value proposition to attract passive candidates and enhance employer branding efforts. Research and recommend innovative recruiting tools and techniques to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Utilize recruitment marketing platforms to enhance employer branding and candidate engagement. Implement and leverage AI-driven sourcing tools to automate repetitive tasks and uncover hidden talent pools. Maintain and develop talent pipelines through targeted marketing campaigns and personal outreach. Continuously evaluate and improve recruitment processes, suggesting and implementing enhancements as needed. Represent FGF Brands with professionalism, enthusiasm, and pride at all recruitment events and interactions.
