The main tasks: Personnel management With your infectious energy, you welcome and fully integrate new employees. You like to get involved with your employees by investing yourself with them: knowing their career goals and accompanying them in their professional development with managers. You approve timesheets, manage schedules, and follow up on cases of absenteeism. You are an ambassador for health and safety at work and, with our OHS team, ensure that our employees always work in a safe environment by enforcing the best health and safety practices.
Recruitment Notification of a new applicant? You quickly contact each of the potential candidates and make a telephone pre-selection. For all the positions you have posted, you meet the candidates to evaluate their profile and assign them to the right job. Each candidate has the chance to build a lasting relationship with you, and you do not hesitate to promote our available positions to them. You like to visit job locations to familiarize yourself with the environment and team you hire for. You support growth projects and do not hesitate to extend your contacts in the field of industry by embracing your sense of business development. You are flexible and open to all other related tasks.

Requirements: You have about 2 years of experience in personnel and customer service management Recruitment and integration of new employees are not unknown to you because you have done this before. You have access to a vehicle to visit clients in the greater metropolitan area. Your computer skills include being comfortable with the MS Office programs.
