Job Description: Overview Join TD’s Organization Effectiveness (OE) Centre of Excellence (COE) and help shape how one of Canada’s largest financial institutions redesigns its organization for the future. As an HR Manager, OE you will work on high-impact organizational challenges from operating model redesign to AI-enabled workforce transformation partnering directly with business leaders to drive enterprise outcomes. Influence real organizational decisions at scale within TD's Group Functions (20,000+ workforce). TD’s Organization Effectiveness (OE) Centre of Excellence partners with business and HR leaders to design high-performing, efficient, and scalable organizations. Reporting to the AVP, Organization Effectiveness, this role will also take day-to-day direction from Senior Managers aligned to various portfolios. Key Responsibilities Partner with OE peers, HR Business Partners and Business leaders to assess, design, and implement organizational structures aligned to business strategy Play a key role in business transformation / building the future workforce (AI operating model, job and org redesign, future skills) Deliver organization design solutions including operating models, role design, spans/layers analysis, and workforce planning Facilitate workshops and translate complex organizational challenges into clear, actionable recommendations Apply data-driven insights (workforce analytics, benchmarks, org health metrics) to inform decisions Support implementation of changes and ensure solutions are practical, measurable, and sustainable Influence and contribute to enterprise OE programs, tools, and continuous improvement of methodologies Ensure consistency with TD’s governance, job architecture, and organization design standards What You Bring 5+ years of experience in organization design and management consulting Experience supporting large, complex organizations (financial services experience is an asset) Strong consulting and stakeholder management skills with experience in influencing within a matrixed environment Strong structured problem solving – ability to operate at both strategic and detailed levels Ability to synthesize data and present executive-ready insights and recommendations leveraging Microsoft Suite (PPT, Excel, Co-pilot) Experience with workforce analytics, organization design frameworks, and change management Comfort working in ambiguity with strong problem-solving capability Excellent communication and facilitation skills How You Will Work You will partner closely with the Associate Vice President and Senior Managers in the OE Group Functions portfolio to lead design initiatives. You will collaborate with OE peers, HR Business Partners, and Business leaders to deliver organization design solutions that balance speed, risk, and long-term organizational health. You will lead select projects and/or initiatives to support the evolution of functions.
