About the role
Company: Description: Training Specialist We will rely on you to: Develop and deliver instructional design and training on Marsh-developed applications in classroom, CBT, and live distance learning environments. Maintain, source, and prepare information and materials to be ready for distribution to practice groups, functions, teams, and external audiences. Ensure post-training support as needed to maintain high-quality service. Meet with internal teams and clients to design effective training programs while staying within budget and timelines. Manage coordination, deployment, and technical assistance on technology projects. Assist in the management of client onboarding and training of new agents. Maintain project plans, status reports, and attend staff and stakeholder meetings on a regular basis. What you need to have: Experience in instructional design, training delivery, or learning and development. Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with different audiences. Good organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders. Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, service-oriented approach. Experience supporting technology-based training or system-related learning initiatives. Proficiency in MS Office applications and other standard business tools. Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment and support changing business needs. What makes you stand out: Experience delivering training on enterprise or Marsh-developed applications. Familiarity with classroom, computer-based training (CBT), and live virtual learning formats. Experience supporting client onboarding and new user training. Ability to coordinate training-related projects and support technical deployment activities. Prior experience working in a professional services, insurance, or financial services environment. Strong attention to detail and comfort maintaining project documentation, reports, and meeting records. The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
