About the role

We are currently seeking a Recruitment Coordinator to join a fast-paced Talent Acquisition team supporting high-volume corporate hiring. This role will serve as a key liaison between Recruiters, Hiring Managers, HR, Onboarding, and Background Check teams, ensuring a seamless hiring experience from requisition through onboarding.

Key Responsibilities Support Recruiters and Hiring Managers throughout the recruitment lifecycle. Create and manage job postings and requisitions. Review candidate applications and identify qualified talent for open roles. Conduct phone screenings and candidate assessments. Coordinate interviews and hiring events. Prepare and update offer letters and other recruitment documentation. Partner with HR, onboarding, and background screening teams to facilitate hiring activities. Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment data within ATS platforms. Track recruitment metrics and support reporting activities. Re-engage candidates from previous requisitions and talent pipelines as needed. Drive process efficiencies and contribute to an exceptional candidate experience.

Required Qualifications 2–3 years of recruitment or recruitment coordination experience in a corporate environment. Experience supporting high-volume hiring initiatives. Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills. Excellent attention to detail and process management abilities. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Proven analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Preferred Qualifications Experience within Banking or Financial Services environments. Experience with Workday. Familiarity with ATS/CRM platforms such as Phenom.
