About the role
We're looking for an agile and passionate individual who is looking to develop their leadership skills, to come on board as a Financial Services Supervisor in Saskatoon. In this role you will be responsible for recruiting, developing, coaching, and empowering a team of Financial Services Representatives who will in turn deliver a world-class experience to our valued members. How you'll spend your time: - Leading a team of Financial Services Representatives - Helping the team achieve personal, departmental, and organizational goals - Providing regular and ongoing observational coaching, assisting with goal setting, and conducting performance reviews for all team members - Actively participating in the development, monitoring, and adherence to Conexus targets, goals, and budgets Your experience: - Direct experience with customer service - Formal or informal leadership exposure - Demonstrated ability to handle complex issues, such as resolving member complaints or system errors - Experience with branch operations and retail compliance requirements - Must be comfortable in establishing and evaluating performance standards, making independent decisions, and coaching others to solve problems.
