Join the Pros! Role Overview The HR Co-op / Intern will support the Talent Acquisition team with recruitment coordination, candidate communication and general HR projects. This role is ideal for a student or recent graduate who is interested in building a career in Human Resources and gaining practical experience in a collaborative corporate environment. What You’ll Do Support day-to-day activities and administrative tasks across the Human Resources team. Assist with recruitment coordination, candidate communication and interview scheduling. Maintain accurate information, trackers, files and documentation within HR systems. Support HR projects, process improvements and employee-related initiatives. Help prepare reports, presentations, templates and communication materials. Coordinate meetings, follow-ups and project activities with internal stakeholders. Assist with pre-employment activities and other HR programs as required. Provide general support to the HR team while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism. What You’ll Bring A positive, collaborative and willingness-to-learn approach. Currently enrolled in or recently completed a Human Resources, Business Administration or related post-secondary program. Strong interest in Human Resources and Talent Acquisition. No previous HR experience is required. Previous recruitment, HR, administrative or customer-service experience is considered an asset. Strong communication, organization and attention-to-detail skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities. Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
