In this dual-focus role, you’ll find top talent and help them grow—all while partnering with leadership to align our talent strategies with our mission of safety, quality, and innovation.
Talent Development: Nurture the Leaders of Tomorrow
Assist in the creation, design and delivery of training programs that empower employees to succeed.
Support the annual performance review cycles, educate managers on how to set clear goals, and identify high-potential employees for future critical roles.
Work alongside HR Business Partners to build a strong pipeline of talent that drives our mission forward.
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify skill gaps and translate business needs into learning objectives.
Talent Acquisition: Find the Heroes of Healthcare
Own the full recruitment lifecycle: From crafting job postings to sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding top candidates.
Provide guidance to hiring managers on selection criteria and hiring best practices.
Collaborate with our marketing team to create engaging recruitment campaigns that attract the best talent.
Ensure a seamless, bilingual candidate experience—because every interaction reflects our values of dignity and respect.
Assist with orientation scheduling, new hire documentation, and first-day support.
Data & Strategy: Turn Insights into Action
Track and analyze HR metrics (time-to-fill, training completion rates, etc.) to measure success and identify opportunities.
Create clear, compelling reports and presentations that help leadership make informed decisions.
Leverage HR systems and tools (Google Workspace, MS Office) to keep our talent strategies data-driven and effective.
__________________Are you a MATCH? Education & Experience:
A college diploma or university degree in Human Resources or a related field.
1–2 years of HR or recruitment experience, preferably in healthcare or a fast-paced environment.
Working toward a CHRP designation? We’d love to support your journey!
Languages:
Full professional fluency in English and French (written and spoken)—mandatory.
Technical Skills:
Exposure to HR systems and Talent Acquisition tools.
Strong spreadsheet and presentation skills (Google Workspace, MS Office).
A data-driven mindset with a passion for analyzing trends and sharing insights.
Soft Skills:
