YOUR MISSION

As a Health and Insurance Ambassador, you will facilitate the management of various tasks through the coordination of departmental activities and projects, and the continuous improvement of existing processes.

Your Responsibilities Will Include

Preparing, analyzing, and transmitting eligibility reports to various insurers on a weekly basis; Coordinating, preparing, analyzing, and transmitting payroll mass declarations to various insurers; Creating and preparing indicator dashboards to track injuries and associated expenses; Coordinating with various internal stakeholders, and preparing and transmitting annually the information required under the ACA (Obamacare) legislation in the USA; Verifying the compliance of life insurance beneficiary forms for touring shows and following up accordingly; Coordinating with the advisors responsible for files to open those files with the various insurers, covering both workplace accident claims and personal disability files; Validating certain payroll files for disability and workplace accident cases; Coordinating COBRA program payments for touring shows; Processing payments of various invoices and reconciling departmental credit card statements; Managing the CNESST email inbox as well as the departmental inbox (sorting and triaging); Coordinating medical assessments (scheduling appointments, completing and forwarding various documents to the expert physician and the employee); Training and guiding certain internal stakeholders on all aspects of disability and insurance management.

YOUR UNIQUE EXPERTISE

College diploma (DEC) in administration, human resources management, or any related field; Proficiency in Excel and Outlook; Knowledge of SuccessFactors and Microsoft Power BI an asset; Knowledge of CNESST an asset; Strong attention to detail and precision in work execution, with the ability to make connections between information; Excellent priority management skills; High degree of discretion in the workplace; Fluency in spoken and written French and English.
