Your Day-to-Day Role Engage with prospective learners and clients through digital marketing platforms Respond to enquiries, conduct information interviews and meaningful conversations to assess readiness – no cold calls or hard sales Provide information on learning resources and programs to qualified candidates Support individuals to identify opportunities for leadership and growth Maintain organized communication and follow up processes Participate in ongoing virtual training, mentoring and professional development activities to develop your own career skills as you assist others.
The Ideal Candidate 7+ years’ professional experience in Learning Facilitation, Education Administration, L&D, Educational or Career Coaching, or similar Passionate about learning, change, personal growth, and helping others succeed Strong communication with excellent verbal and writing skills A future-thinker who is open to new ways of working
