Position Overview Canyon Entertainment Group is seeking a motivated Talent Acquisition Intern to support our growing recruitment efforts. This unpaid internship is ideal for College or University students seeking internship credit or hands-on experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, human resources, or business administration. As a Talent Acquisition Intern, you'll gain practical experience throughout the hiring process—from sourcing candidates and coordinating interviews to supporting onboarding and employer branding initiatives. You'll work alongside experienced team members while developing valuable recruitment and communication skills. Responsibilities Source and identify qualified candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, and other recruitment platforms. Review resumes and assist with candidate screening. Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process. Schedule interviews and maintain recruitment calendars. Assist with onboarding new interns and team members. Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment databases. Support employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives. Research recruitment trends and recommend sourcing strategies. Assist with HR administration and additional recruitment projects as assigned. Qualifications Currently enrolled in a College or University program in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Communications, or a related field. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent organizational and time-management abilities. Comfortable working independently in a remote environment. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. Detail-oriented with a proactive attitude and eagerness to learn.
