Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years. Tasks: Assign projects to subordinates and staff relating to employment, compensation, labour relations and employee relations. Coordinate the activities of the HR department in order to ensure they meet the organization's goals . Direct and control daily operations . Plan, develop, implement and evaluate human resources policies and programs. Co-ordinate employee performance and appraisal programs. Oversee the analysis of employee data and information. Oversee development of communication strategies. Hire, train and supervise staff. Propose improvements to methods, systems and procedures. Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years.
