What will your typical day look like?

Product strategy & roadmap support: Take direction from leadership on product strategy and priorities; support intake, prioritization, roadmap development, and governance activities; and contribute inputs to peer-led backlog refinement and release planning in partnership with the Platform & Tools Leader, a peer product role, and cross-functional stakeholders. Vendor & ecosystem partnership: Partner with learning ecosystem vendors, including Cornerstone, LinkedIn Learning, Udemy, and Articulate; assess vendor roadmaps, AI-enabled capabilities, releases, and service impacts to inform recommendations. Platform transition, stabilization & optimization support: Support final transition and stabilization activities related to learning platform consolidation, while partnering with technology, operations, and delivery teams to improve platform adoption, learner experience, operational readiness, and ongoing optimization. Stakeholder engagement: Advise business stakeholders as a subject matter expert on platform capabilities, enhancement options, integration considerations, risks, and decisions requiring leadership alignment. AI-enabled learning & skills insights: Use AI-enabled learning insights, skills data, content performance, and learner analytics as inputs to recommendations, prioritization discussions, and business-value analysis. Governance, risk & continuous improvement: Support the governance group as needed; escalate risks, issues, and decisions as appropriate; develop mitigation plans; and identify opportunities to improve platform capability, learner experience, and business value. Leadership reporting: Develop and present roadmap inputs, accomplishments, risks, recommendations, and business-value insights to leadership and key stakeholders.

Enough About Us, Let’s Talk About You

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Learning Technology, Human Resources, or equivalent educational or professional experience; advanced degree a plus. 5+ years of experience managing enterprise learning platforms, LMS/LXP products, learning technology roadmaps, or complex multi-vendor software ecosystems. Hands-on experience with Cornerstone platforms, including Cornerstone LMS, EdCast, Cornerstone Learn+, or related administration capabilities; Cornerstone Admin/System Admin certification preferred. Working knowledge of learning content libraries and authoring tools such as LinkedIn Learning, Udemy, Articulate, and similar learning ecosystem vendors. Solid understanding of learning technology standards and integrations, including SCORM, xAPI, LTI, APIs, third-party content feeds, and product analytics. Working knowledge of Agile processes, enhancement intake, prioritization, backlog inputs, and release coordination. Strong communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills in a global, virtual, cross-functional environment.

Other Qualifications

Ability to balance strategic product thinking with practical delivery, stakeholder alignment, and comfort working through ambiguity and competing priorities. Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data, user feedback, platform trends, and stakeholder needs into actionable recommendations. Demonstrated ability to influence without authority and drive alignment across technology, business, vendor, and operations teams.Commitment to delivering a seamless, inclusive, and engaging learner experience across global audiences.

Total Rewards

The salary range for this position is $85,000 - $156,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
