Join our growing team where everyone belongs!Position Details We are looking for an enthusiastic Human Resources Consultant (2 year contract) to work in close partnership with the business to help develop and execute in-depth people strategies.   What you will do:

Provide guidance to managers and Associates with respect to HR policies and procedures Provide counsel to managers pertaining to employee relations matters Identify and execute appropriate recruitment strategies to support the business needs Effectively manage full cycle recruitment including attracting and sourcing candidates through networking and other strategies to find qualified candidates Facilitate group meetings/focus groups for client areas, analyze information collected and counsel managers regarding any trends / issues identified Identify relevant trends and best practices to help their business areas position themselves for future challenges and adjust their business and operating models as needed Develop and implement strategies in the areas of employee relations, change management, human capital development, talent management as well as organizational development Collaborate with cross functional teams on projects that support business needs. Other duties as assigned

  Please note, salary range is not inclusive of total compensation. The expected salary range for this position will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidate’s skills, experience and working location, as well as the specific position’s business line, scope and level. Candidates with salary expectations outside of the range are encouraged to apply.    Who you are:

Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar HR capacity, with a demonstrated focus on recruitment and employee relations Knowledge of HR principles, procedures, practices, relevant legislation, regulations, Labour / Employment law Strong problem-solving skills Able to deal with ambiguity and reprioritize tasks in response to unexpected changes in priorities/requests in a fast-paced work environment Superior interpersonal skills to interact with all levels of the business, up to and including the senior executive Completion of CHRP/CHRL designation or an equivalent an asset Require G license and access to vehicle to travel to recruitment events on an as needed basis
