Our client, a well-established and growing organization based in Woodbridge, is seeking an experienced Senior Human Resources Partner to join their leadership team. This is an excellent opportunity for an HR professional who enjoys balancing strategic initiatives with hands-on employee support. You'll partner with leaders across the business, influence workplace culture, ensure legislative compliance, and lead a wide range of HR programs that support organizational success.

What You'll Do Partner with managers and executives to provide expert HR guidance and support. Advise on employee relations, performance management, coaching, and workplace investigations. Lead recruitment activities including job postings, interviews, reference checks, and employment offers. Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies, procedures, and best practices. Support Health & Safety initiatives, WSIB claims, Return-to-Work programs, and Joint Health & Safety Committee activities. Assist with labour relations and collective bargaining matters where applicable. Coordinate employee training and maintain compliance with employment legislation. Administer employee benefits and work with external providers on plan management. Ensure compliance with the Employment Standards Act, Human Rights Code, Occupational Health & Safety Act, AODA, and other applicable legislation. Lead HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
What We're Looking For Degree or diploma in Human Resources or a related field. HRPA designation (CHRP) or actively working toward designation. Minimum 5 years of progressive Human Resources Generalist experience. Strong experience in: Employee and labour relations Recruitment and talent acquisition Performance management Workplace investigations Benefits administration HR policy development Solid understanding of Ontario employment legislation. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Strong judgment, professionalism, and ability to maintain confidentiality. Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail. Proactive, ethical, and solutions-oriented. Strong Microsoft Office skills. Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace.
