Montreal Corporate Head Office, where most of their employees are based, offers career opportunities in Design, Operations, Sales, Marketing, Finance, IT and HR as well as in the Production and Warehousing facilities. Objective: The Human Resources Business Partner will proactively implement and manage all Human Resources programs and practices throughout the organization and its specific client group. The incumbent will create training programs to help cultivate an environment attracting, developing and retaining the best talent, while promoting a positive and supportive work environment and company culture. Responsibilities: Leads monthly meetings with client base Ensure company adherence with all HR policies and assists in improving/innovating current culture & policies Manages all internal performance reviews and documents feedback securely Work with the management team to systematically build processes and procedures around employee onboarding Effectively communicate, advise and mentor employees and managers, including conflict resolution Ensure and optimize the employee experience (clear, fair, company wide consistency) Assist team leaders in optimizing performance of all team members Act as a brand ambassador to promote a healthy and strong culture Collaborate with hiring managers to ensure optimal candidate/role alignment Develop and implement succession planning Schedule and conduct exit interviews and integration touch bases Lead and participate in HR programs and initiatives Required Qualifications: Preferably min 5-7 years of relevant Human Resources experience, Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal, French and English) Has ideally worked in a high-growth/fast-paced environment Demonstrable emotional intelligence and ability to handle complex, social dynamics among multi-disciplinary employees Ability to see the “big picture” of how people and culture fit into the company’s overall business strategy and goals Understands and prioritizes the value of diversity and inclusion in the workplace Familiar with basic employment law, compliance matters and comfortable assessing competitiveness of compensation, benefits, and perks Joseph Ribkoff is an equal opportunity at will employer and does not discriminate against any employee or applicant for employment because of age, race, religion, color, disability, sex, sexual orientation or national origin.
