About the role
Job Overview We are seeking an experienced and strategic Human Resources Manager to lead our HR initiatives and support organizational growth. The ideal candidate will oversee talent acquisition, employee relations, program management, and HR operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and fostering a positive workplace culture. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and proficiency with various HRIS systems. The Human Resources Manager will play a critical role in implementing process improvements, managing HR projects, and supporting overall business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies utilizing ATS platforms such as Workday, Taleo, Indeed and HR sourcing techniques.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including interviewing, candidate screening, and onboarding to attract top talent.
- Oversee employee relations initiatives to promote a positive work environment and resolve workplace issues effectively.
- Lead change management initiatives to support organizational transformations and process improvements.
- Supervise HR programs related to training & development, performance management, and employee engagement.
- Administer payroll systems such as ADP & HUMI to ensure accurate compensation processing.
- Conduct data collection and analysis for workforce planning and reporting purposes using HRIS tools like HUMI
- Manage HR compliance with employment laws and company policies while maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Facilitate communication across departments to align HR strategies with business goals through presentations and meetings.
- Oversee budgeting for HR initiatives and coordinate with leadership on resource planning.
Experience
- Proven experience in human resources management with supervising responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Extensive knowledge of talent acquisition strategies and program management.
- Proficiency with HUMI HRIS System
- Strong negotiation skills coupled with excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Experience in process improvement projects within HR functions such as onboarding or payroll administration.
- Demonstrated ability in data analysis skills related to workforce metrics and reporting.
- Background in training & development programs along with experience managing employee relations issues.
