Our recruitment team is partnering with a well‑established organization, recruiting for a forward‑thinking Manager, Talent Acquisition. In this position, you will modernize and streamline the company’s talent acquisition function. You will lead a small, high‑performing team while overseeing ATS optimization, recruitment technology, internal mobility programs, talent pipelines, and campus recruitment. This role works closely with HR leadership and plays a direct part in shaping the organization’s hiring strategy and future talent landscape. What You’ll Do • Implement AI‑enabled sourcing and screening tools • Improve recruitment workflows and hiring experience • Lead full‑cycle recruitment across corporate and operational roles • Oversee ATS administration, reporting, and ERP connectivity • Build internal mobility and succession‑focused sourcing strategies • Lead campus recruitment programs and partnerships • Manage employer branding and talent marketing initiatives • Use talent analytics to forecast needs and track KPIs • Mentor and support a small TA team • Partner with senior HR and business leaders What You Bring • 5 to 7 years of talent acquisition experience • 2 to 3 years in a leadership or team‑lead role • Strong background in corporate or high‑volume recruitment • Experience with tools like iCIMS, Paradox, HireVue, Eightfold, or LinkedIn Recruiter • Expertise in sourcing, talent pipelines, analytics, and employer branding • Experience with internal mobility or campus hiring programs • Passion for using technology to improve recruiting outcomes
