The Role We are looking for a talented Team Leader, Talent Acquisition to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering strategic workforce planning, innovative recruitment strategies, and robust talent programs that support our operational excellence and high-volume hiring needs. You will work closely with Operations and HR Business Partners to ensure our recruitment practices are scalable, cost-effective, and fully aligned with business growth. The role reports to the Talent Acquisition Manager. Key Responsibilities Strategic Planning & Sourcing: Lead national and regional recruitment strategies, using market insights and turnover trends to forecast demand and drive cost-conscious, direct-sourcing models that reduce external agency reliance. People Leadership: Lead, coach, and mentor a team of recruiters, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous development while providing hands-on support for complex searches. Stakeholder Management: Build consultative relationships with senior leaders and hiring managers, setting clear expectations around role requirements, timelines, and hiring accountability. Projects & Program Delivery: Lead and contribute to enterprise Talent Acquisition initiatives, including early-career pipelines, process optimization, and technology enhancements. Governance & Compliance: Ensure all recruitment practices comply with employment legislation, promote equitable and bias-aware hiring, and maintain data integrity within our ATS. What We’re Looking For Experience: 6+ years of progressive, full-cycle recruitment experience, with previous experience leading, coaching, or mentoring recruitment teams in a high-volume, multi-site operational environment. Education: Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or equivalent practical experience. Technical Skills: Proficiency with Workday ATS (or similar enterprise talent acquisition systems) and recruitment analytics tracking. Soft Skills: Strong relationship-building and consultative skills, excellent communication, a collaborative approach to change management, and the ability to travel up to 25%. Bonus Points: Experience leading system optimization projects, implementing diversity and inclusion hiring initiatives, or managing recruitment within the environmental services or logistics industries. What you’ll do

Requirements
Requires a Bachelor's degree and over 6 years of progressive full-cycle recruitment experience, including leadership roles in multi-site operational environments. Proficiency in Workday ATS and the ability to travel up to 25% are essential.
