To learn more about us, visit www.fuzehr.com About the Role As a Recruitment Consultant within FUZE HR Solutions' Engineering and Construction Division, you will be responsible for full-cycle recruitment for permanent and contract positions. You will play a strategic role in identifying and attracting qualified talent while building trusted relationships with a diverse client base across Quebec. Based in Montreal, you will also support candidates in their career development by connecting them with opportunities that match their expertise and ambitions. Your market expertise, recruitment skills, and ability to build strong relationships will make you a true trusted advisor to our clients and candidates. Responsibilities Identify, attract, recruit, and conduct headhunting activities to find top talent in the engineering and construction sectors, for positions ranging from intermediate-level to executive roles. Conduct virtual interviews and candidate assessments, post job opportunities on relevant job boards, screen candidates, and proactively promote high-potential profiles to meet current and future recruitment needs. Develop and maintain a strong candidate pipeline through proactive sourcing, market analysis, and ongoing candidate relationship management. Maintain detailed records of candidate and client activities to ensure accurate tracking of recruitment efforts and placements. Contribute to the overall performance of the team by participating in recruitment strategy, client service, and division growth initiatives. Qualifications Mandatory experience within a staffing agency, consulting firm, or similar work environment. Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment and talent headhunting across various engineering fields, such as building mechanical engineering, mechanical and electrical engineering, automotive, process, manufacturing, software, IT, robotics, etc. Relevant experience recruiting talent across various construction sectors, such as civil, residential, commercial, institutional, industrial, energy, marine, etc. Required Skills Proficiency in Indeed and LinkedIn Recruiter, with the ability to research, identify, and approach candidates, including passive candidates, using Boolean searches, advanced filters, InMail, and AI tools. Experience managing recruitment projects and pipelines, as well as maintaining recruitment records and files. Excellent time and priority management skills, with a strong sense of urgency and the ability to effectively manage a high volume of mandates while adapting to changing needs. Proficiency with artificial intelligence tools and LinkedIn features to optimize recruitment efforts and efficiently identify profiles that match job requirements. Dynamic, positive, and pleasant personality, demonstrating perseverance, initiative, and a strong solution-oriented mindset. Strong computer and administrative skills, including data entry and good proficiency in MS Office. Availability to work on a hybrid schedule, Monday to Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with three days per week in our Montreal office. Availability, as needed, to attend a two-week in-person training program. Compensation and Benefits Uncapped commissions with high earning potential: your compensation grows based on your success.
