They also maintain candidate data in Workday and collaborate with educational institutions to support clinical placements and campus engagement.

The Recruiter is responsible for developing and executing recruitment strategies to attract and hire qualified candidates while maintaining a consistent talent pipeline. They will manage job postings, conduct interviews, and partner with hiring leaders to ensure a seamless recruitment experience.
