Empowered Futures is a philanthropic initiative focused on the public good to support and encourage emerging adulthood. We are a Canadian nonprofit passionate in providing business mentorships, life skill workshops, and virtual resources to instil aspiration to those battling trials and tribulations including depression and related psychological disorders or impairments. We represent an optimistic and empathetic voice to inspirit and uplift youth by setting them up using principles of integrity, goal setting, and responsibility learned through business. Lead recruitment from intake and sourcing through selection, orientation, and handoff, while developing job descriptions and maintaining candidate pipelines. Coordinate interviews and candidate communications, collaborate with hiring managers and People & Culture colleagues, maintain accurate records, and recommend improvements to recruitment processes.
