Conseiller(ère) en ressources humaines, conception organisationnelle et classification EX (PE-04) À EDSC, nous sommes à la recherche d’un(e) conseiller(ère) bilingue (CBC) de niveau PE-04 pour se joindre à l’équipe EX de notre Centre d'expertise. Cette opportunité de mutation ou d’affectation à niveau s’adresse aux employés qui souhaitent mettre à profit leur expertise en conception organisationnelle et en classification EX, contribuer à des dossiers stratégiques d’envergure et enrichir leur expérience au sein d’une équipe collaborative et dynamique. Ce que vous y gagnerez Un rôle de clé dans la conversion du groupe EX. Vous contribuerez directement à l'un des plus grands projets de classification des dernières années. Une exposition auprès de la haute direction. Vous préparerez des analyses et des recommandations présentées jusqu'au niveau du sous-ministre. L’occasion d’innover. Vous pourriez participer à nos initiatives en intelligence artificielle qui transforment le travail de classification. Une visibilité interministérielle. Vous appuierez les travaux du Groupe de travail interministériel sur la classification et la conception organisationnelle des EX. Ce que nous recherchons Une expérience en classification des postes EX et l'aisance de travailler dans les deux langues officielles. Le goût d'analyser des données et de transformer vos constats en recommandations claires pour la haute direction. Du jugement pour naviguer dans les normes et les politiques et proposer des solutions pragmatiques. De la rigueur et un souci marqué de la qualité, même à un rythme soutenu. This opportunity for a deployment or at-level assignment is aimed at employees who wish to put their expertise in organizational design and EX classification to good use, contribute to major strategic projects and broaden their experience as part of a dynamic team. What you'll gain A key role in the EX conversion. You will contribute directly to one of the largest classification projects in recent years. Exposure to senior leadership. You will prepare analysis and recommendations that go up to the Deputy Minister level. Opportunities to innovate. You may take part in our artificial intelligence initiatives that are changing how classification work gets done. Interdepartmental visibility. You will support the work of the EX Interdepartmental Working Group on Classification and Organizational Design. What we're looking for Experience in EX classification and comfort working in both official languages. An interest in analyzing data and turning findings into clear recommendations for senior management. The judgment to work within standards and policies and propose practical solutions.
