Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for a national portfolio of approximately 40–60 requisitions, developing sourcing strategies and advising senior leaders on talent markets and hiring decisions. Build stakeholder relationships, deliver a positive candidate experience, maintain recruitment records and metrics, and ensure compliance with policies and service-level agreements.
