Job summary
What are your contributions to the team? Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies for key positions. Manage the full recruitment cycle needs assessment, job posting, sourcing, interviews, negotiation, and onboarding. Conduct market research and advise managers on market trends and hiring practices. Leverage technology tools and platforms to optimize sourcing and enhance the candidate experience. Design and execute candidate generation strategies while building a strong talent pipeline. Participate in strategic projects related to talent acquisition (e.g., employer branding, process improvement). Ensure an exceptional candidate experience and promote the company’s image. Analyze performance metrics and provide recommendations to improve recruitment efficiency. How to thrive in this role? You hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or a related field. You have a minimum of 8 years of experience in full cycle corporate recruitment, including complex roles (Legal, Communications, Marketing, IT, Finance, etc.). You have strong written and verbal communication skills in both French and English. You demonstrate strong influencing and advisory skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships with stakeholders. You have managed multiple roles in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment. You have managed roles in Canada, USA, and International. You have a strong client focus and an innovative, solution-oriented mindset. You have excellent command of sourcing techniques (Boolean etc.) and digital recruitment tools (ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.). You have knowledge of market trends and recruitment best practices. You can manage multiple projects simultaneously with minimal supervision. You have knowledge in SAP HR and an Applicant Tracking System (i.e., SuccessFactors)

Requirements
Requires a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources and at least 8 years of experience in full-cycle corporate recruitment across various functions. Must be bilingual in English and French with expertise in digital sourcing tools and SAP HR/SuccessFactors.
