They provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, and talent development while ensuring compliance with legislative requirements and company policies. Candidates must have 8–10 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role. A post-secondary education in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required, along with strong business partnering and analytical skills.
