Oversee day-to-day HR programs across stores and the Home Office, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, payroll support, compensation, policies, and employee engagement. Maintain consistent HR practices across locations, develop processes and programs, and lead health and safety initiatives while partnering with leadership and store managers.
