Lead payroll, benefits, leave, compensation, and HR operations across U.S., Canadian, and Quebec entities, including hands-on payroll execution, compliance, vendor relationships, and HRIS administration. Manage and develop the People Operations team, improve processes, oversee budgets and audits, and partner with the CHRO and cross-functional teams.
