Role Description The Human Resources Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Vaughan, ON. This position supports day-to-day HR operations, including coordinating recruitment activities, maintaining employee records, and assisting with onboarding and orientation processes. The role involves supporting benefits administration, helping implement HR policies and procedures, and responding to employee inquiries in a timely and professional manner. The Human Resources Coordinator works closely with management to support employee relations, track compliance with regulatory requirements, and prepare HR reports and documentation. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications Competence in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management to support day-to-day HR operations and processes. Experience with Benefits Administration to help manage enrollment, changes, and employee inquiries. Skills in Employee Relations to support a positive, inclusive, and compliant workplace. Knowledge of HR Policies to assist in implementation, communication, and adherence to company standards. Post-secondary education in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience. Strong organizational, time management, and documentation skills with high attention to detail. Effective written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders. Familiarity with HRIS or HR databases and proficiency in standard office software (e.g., MS Office). Understanding of relevant employment legislation and regulatory requirements; experience in staffing or agency environments is an asset.
