This role combines HR business partnerhip, recruiting, HR operation and office management responsibilities to support our growing North America team and return-to-office initiative in Vancouver. You will work closely with the Global Head of People & Culture in Hong Kong and partner with managers and HR teams globally to support employee engagement, hiring, office operations, and workplace culture. We are looking for someone who is organized, proactive, people-oriented, and enjoys working in a fast-paced global environment. Responsibilities: Act as HR business partner to managers, while support employees on employees, providing guidance on employee relations, performance management, team effectiveness, workforce planning, and people development Support day-to-day HR operations across the full employee life cycle, including onboarding, offboarding, benefit programs. employee communications, documentation, and HR administration Administer payroll for Canada and the US, coordinating with the external payroll vendor to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant payroll processing Partner with hiring managers to manage end-to-end recruiting activities using the DECIDE framework, identify suitable talent, and continuously improve the candidate experience Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives, culture programs, and return-to-office activities that strengthen connection and collaboration Manage workplace experience, office vendors, supplies, facilities, and general workplace administration to support a productive Vancouver office environment Support HR policy implementation and ensure local practices are aligned with Canadian employment standards and company guidelines Partner closely with global HR teams and leadership across different regions to ensure alignment, consistency, and effective execution Requirements 8+ years of experience in HR business partnership, people operation, recruiting, or HR generalist role Strong communication and interpersonal skills Experience advising managers on employee relations, performance management, engagement, and people development matters Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across global teams Strong ability to manage competing HR, recruiting, payroll, and office priorities with attention to detail and follow-through Knowledge of Canadian HR practices and workplace operations Experience with ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office Previous experience in SaaS, technology, or global organizations is a plus TradeBeyond Offers You will work in a flat and open team environment where your experience and expertise are valued.
