You’ll benefit from leveraging an established client base while driving new business growth and delivering successful recruitment outcomes. What You’ll Do: Strategic Client Partnerships: Become a trusted advisor to your clients by understanding their business, workforce challenges, and long-term hiring needs. Recommend talent solutions that help them achieve their goals. Complex Offer Management: Facilitate negotiations and guide clients and candidates through sensitive hiring decisions with professionalism and confidence. Market Expertise: Stay informed on hiring trends, compensation benchmarks, talent availability, and market conditions to provide valuable insights to clients. What We’re Looking For: 360 Recruitment Experience or Strong Sales Background: You have experience managing a full recruitment desk, developing client relationships, or succeeding in a consultative sales environment where relationship-building is key. Relationship Builder: You genuinely enjoy building trust and fostering long-term professional relationships with clients and candidates. Consultative Mindset: You ask the right questions, uncover business challenges, and develop thoughtful solutions rather than simply filling positions. Business Development Skills: You are confident identifying opportunities, growing accounts, and creating lasting partnerships. Strong Communication & Negotiation Skills: You can confidently navigate conversations with executives, hiring managers, and candidates while managing complex hiring processes. Self-Motivated & Results-Oriented: You take ownership of your work, manage competing priorities effectively, and are driven by achieving meaningful results. Team-Oriented: You value collaboration, knowledge-sharing, and contributing to the success of the broader team. What You Can Expect in Return: Compensation: A competitive, uncapped compensation package with comprehensive benefits. Fully Remote Role & Flexibility: A fully remote work environment with flexibility in your day-to-day schedule, balanced with the needs of our clients and team. Established Brand: With a strong reputation and clients across North America, our brand brings in leads and inbound job orders. Full Back-Office Support: Dedicated accounting, marketing, administrative, and recruitment assistance so you can focus your time on clients and candidates. Onboarding and Training: A comprehensive onboarding program with ongoing training and a collaborative, continuous learning environment. Team Culture: A supportive, collaborative culture grounded in integrity, respect, and shared success. Total Talent Solutions for Your Clients: We are part of the Humanis Advisory Group, a national organization offering a full suite of services that you can offer to your clients, including recruitment, executive search, leadership coaching, and HR consulting.
