The Senior HRBP provides strategic leadership by partnering with organizational leaders to align people strategies with business goals across LTC and retirement homes. They also oversee HR service delivery, lead labour relations activities, and guide a team of HR Business Partners to ensure operational excellence.
On-site · Thunder Bay
The HRBP provides guidance on employee relations, performance management, and labour relations across assigned long-term care sites. They are responsible for driving employee engagement, managing disability cases, and ensuring compliance with employment legislation and organizational policies.
