Title: Sr. Talent Acquisition Partner (Contract) Location: Remote Job Description: We're hiring a contracted Sr. Talent Acquisition Partner to provide dedicated recruiting support across a portfolio of SaaS Insurance products serving distinct vertical markets. The Talent Acquisition Partner will drive sourcing and hiring strategies, partner with leadership across the portfolio, and work closely with the units to support business growth across the organization. The role reports to the North America Talent Acquisition Leader with a dotted line to the Global Head of Talent. This is a key role with broad cross-functional exposure and meaningful influence on the future shape of the organization. What You'll Do Own the full recruitment lifecycle for your assigned roles, from initial outreach through to offer negotiation, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for every candidate. Build and nurture strong talent pipelines, maintaining consistent and thoughtful communication with candidates at every stage. Partner closely with hiring managers across multiple regions, acting as a trusted advisor and providing hands-on support throughout the recruitment process. Drive sourcing efforts for niche and hard-to-fill roles through proactive headhunting and strategic promotion across relevant channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, and beyond. Harness the power of data and AI-driven tools to sharpen your sourcing strategies and uncover top talent in competitive markets. Operate within Sapiens' established recruitment processes and ATS, contributing to a consistent and compliant hiring experience across the organization. What You'll Bring 10+ years of recruiting experience within a global or matrixed organization. 5+ years of hands on SaaS recruitment, building functional teams across both GTM and Technical. Proven hands-on experience leveraging data and AI tools to drive smarter sourcing and hiring decisions. Deep expertise in direct sourcing, paired with a creative, solutions-oriented approach to finding the right people. A self-starter mindset, highly goal-oriented, organized, and comfortable owning your work independently. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is a meaningful advantage. Familiarity with US/Canada hiring laws and best practices.
