Role: Human Resources Manager Location: On-site Job Type: Contract Payout: Competitive, based on experience Role Overview: We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking an Electrical Engineer, New Graduate to work on a contract basis. The electrical engineer will be responsible for all electrical maintenance activities at the plant and ensure electrical project work is completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with environmental requirements. This role is part of the Build4Growth program, a 14-month learning and development initiative designed to provide new graduate engineers with foundational knowledge in cement manufacturing operations. Key Responsibilities: • Lead all electrical maintenance activities at the plant to ensure operational reliability. • Plan, schedule, and execute control system activities in coordination with plant teams. • Complete electrical projects in a timely manner while adhering to safety and environmental standards. • Promote electrical safety practices among employees and outside contractors. • Participate in the Build4Growth program, including online learning, face-to-face sessions, and on-the-job assignments. Required Skills & Qualifications: • Knowledge of electrical maintenance and control systems in a plant environment. • Familiarity with safety protocols for electrical systems and equipment. • Ability to plan and schedule maintenance activities efficiently. • Understanding of environmental compliance requirements for industrial operations. • Willingness to engage in a structured learning and development program.
