You will design and implement recruiting systems, processes, and standards from scratch to build exceptional tech teams. You will act as a strategic partner to founders while managing the full-cycle recruitment process across engineering and go-to-market functions.

Candidates must have 5+ years of experience in technical recruiting, ideally within high-growth startup environments. Strong communication skills, a well-established professional network, and a deep commitment to candidate experience are essential.
