Adult learning expertise needed

Manage projects to design, develop, implement and evaluate corporate-wide employee learning.


What you'll do:

  • consult with leaders, content owners and subject matter experts to define and create learning requirements
  • analyze and assess needs, delivery methods, timelines and associated strategies (change management, communications, etc.)
  • help colleagues and internal partners understand the methodologies, concepts, practices and procedures of organizational development and learning design


What we're looking for:

  • strong consulting, organizational development and project management skills
  • the ability to connect and build relationships at all levels of the organization
  • an organized multi-tasker who pays attention to detail


What you'll need:

  • a degree in education, human resources or business administration and a minimum of three to five years of related experience
  • a solid understanding of adult learning principles, learning methodologies and instructional design principles, along with related delivery vehicles
