Regulatory training supervisor

Reporting to the director of regulatory training and skills development, you are responsible for applying the vision and management relating to the planning, organization and monitoring of training activities. You also see the supervision and support of training agents who work in the services under your responsibility.

More specifically, you:

  • Ensure the availability of the resources required by the service;
  • Ensure an environment conducive to teamwork and collaboration between all stakeholders;
  • Support training agents in their daily tasks through your involvement;
  • Collaborate in the analysis of training needs with training agents and managers;
  • Regularly follow up with your customers;
  • Monitor and manage non-compliant files in progress;
  • Manage the problems that arise and provide effective solutions;
  • Monitor regulatory compliance;
  • Manage customer complaints;
  • Perform the performance appraisal of training agents;
  • Perform any other related task.


  • Hold a university degree in the field of training management or human resources management;
  • Have a minimum of 5 years of training management experience, including a minimum of 3 years in personnel management;
  • Having work experience in a regulatory environment is considered an asset;
  • Have a marked interest in training and human development;
  • Master the Microsoft Office suite software;
  • Master the French and English languages ​​both spoken and written;
