We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Advisor willing to contribute to the history of BRP by finding and integrating the best talent, who will help us execute the Mission 25 plan. not afraid to think outside the box to reach your destination, read on!

As a Valcourt Operations Talent Acquisition Advisor, you will contribute to our success by highlighting everything that makes BRP an exceptional workplace. A true ambassador of BRP culture, you will find the ideal candidates for positions in the Valcourt operations sectors.

Under the supervision of the manager and human resources business partner of the operations sector, you will have fun performing the following tasks:

  • Establish a pool of candidates through various research methods and develop expertise in the business sectors for which your candidates are intended. (Basically what we mean by this is that you will be going to meet with candidates to tell them the story of BRP and to expose them to all the possibilities available to them.)
  • Establish recruitment strategies for trades positions in the operations sector and Perform the entire recruitment process for each of the trades;
  • Carry out the permanence process with temporary employees;
  • Optimize the use of social networks (video clips) in our recruitment strategy;
  • Strengthen our links with the various schools and offer interesting workforce training programs according to our BRP recruitment needs;
  • Support HR technicians for certain tasks;
    • Conduct preliminary telephone interviews, shortlist candidates, organize and lead the interview process. (One-on-one discussions are still the best way to provide insight into our corporate culture.)
    • Participate in special projects and process improvement efforts as required. (Entrepreneur at heart, BRP knows there is always a way to innovate, and we want you to have a say in how you get there.)
    • Be a BRP Ambassador and promote our amazing workplace. (Did we mention it before?)


  • Experience in recruiting for positions in the production sector.
  • At least 2-3 years of recruiting experience.
  • University degree in a related field.
  • Recent experience in recruiting for an agency, a great asset.
  • Passion for recruiting and good business knowledge.
  • Ability to instill confidence and forge strong bonds with those responsible for hiring.
  • Proven ability to use a variety of recruiting strategies, including proactive social media techniques (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter) and obtaining referrals from candidates.
  • Ability to manage different stakeholders.
