ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Reporting to the Director–Human Resources Business Partners, you are responsible for developing and maintaining a strategic partnership relationship with your client groups and providing advisory services to them to support managers in achieving their organizational objectives. You guide managers in their role and in the development of their team leadership skills. You help optimize the strategic and positive influence of the Human Resources division on the work environment, attainment of expected organizational performance results, and transformation of the culture.
