Reporting to the Vice President, Human Resources, you are continuing to deploy the new team of Human Resources Business Partners. You make sure to provide each client group with integrated human resources solutions, aligned with the strategic orientations and adapted to their needs. In the context of deploying a new HR services offering, you help position the role of human resources business partners in order to strategically and positively influence the work climate, the achievement of organizational performance results as well as the transformation of culture.

In particular, you:

  • Define the strategic and operational objectives of your management;
  • Lead, mobilize and develop your team to deploy the service offer of your management to client groups;
  • Diagnose issues to provide managers with integrated solutions aligned with strategic directions;
  • Play an influential advisory role to client groups in the roll-out of all HR programs and standardize them;
  • Collaborate on talent recruitment, in partnership with the talent acquisition team, to meet the needs of client groups;
  • Ensure overall alignment of HR solutions between different functions and vice presidencies;
  • Act as an agent of change to support managers in the various organizational transformations;
  • Participate actively in the operational meetings of the vice-presidencies or designated sectors;
  • See to the implementation of optimal solutions in terms of relations with employees;
  • Are aware of the organizational climate and communicate the information to the Vice-President concerned and to the Human Resources Directorate.


  • Bachelor's degree in human resources or industrial relations. A master's degree is an asset;
  • 15 years of relevant experience;
  • Significant achievements as a business partner, team manager and change management. Experience in a syndicated environment acquired in the medium or large company is an asset;
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite;
  • Proficiency in French and English both orally and in writing.
